MyFitBook Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Acceptance

By tapping Accept in the app, or by continuing to use MyFitBook after these Terms are presented, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Who we are

MyFitBook is operated by Everydayapps OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MyFitBook. If you are in the EU, additional GDPR consent rules may apply.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.

6. Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

MyFitBook has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, hate speech, nudity or sexually explicit material, spam, and any content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

7. Health disclaimer

MyFitBook is a fitness and nutrition tracker. It is not medical advice.

The recommendations MyFitBook provides — including TDEE estimates, weight progressions, effort scores, motivational pushes, meal macros, and AI meal-scan analyses — are estimates intended to support your training and nutrition. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional.

Consult a doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have:

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

8. Content licence

You retain ownership of the data you create in MyFitBook (workouts, food logs, posts, captions, custom exercises, etc.).

By posting content to social features (friends feed, lobby, leaderboards), you grant Everydayapps OÜ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display that content to other users of MyFitBook as the social features require. This licence is solely for operating the app and terminates when you delete the content or your account.

Third-party content

Some exercise demonstration images are from wger.de and its contributors, used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence. Packaged-food data comes from Open Food Facts contributors under the Open Database License. These credits also appear in Settings → Legal.

Public exposure of share cards

Share cards posted to the feed are uploaded to a public storage bucket. While only your friends see the post within MyFitBook, anyone with the direct image URL can view it. If you don't want this, share via the native iOS share sheet only and leave "Also post to feed" off.

9. Auto-renewable subscriptions

MyFitBook is sold as a single membership tier with everything included. New accounts get the full app free for 14 days; after that, continued use requires one of two auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store:

Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may vary by territory.

Launch offer

Accounts created on or before 31 December 2026 are eligible for an introductory price: €6.99 per month for the first 12 months of a monthly subscription, or €69.99 for the first year of a yearly subscription. After the introductory period the subscription renews at the regular price above unless cancelled. Introductory prices are available once per Apple ID, for new subscribers only, and are applied automatically by the App Store at checkout.

14 days free

Every new account gets the full app free for 14 days from sign-up. No subscription is needed during that period and nothing is charged. When you subscribe, the first period is charged at confirmation of purchase.

Billing and renewal

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles all billing and refunds. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves; to request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Any refund is at Apple's discretion and subject to Apple's terms.

Founding members

Accounts created before MyFitBook's public launch are founding members and are exempt from the subscription: they keep full access at no charge for as long as the account exists. Founding status is tied to the account and is not transferable.

Price changes

If we change a subscription price, we will notify you in advance through the App Store and/or in-app, in accordance with Apple's rules. Where the law or Apple requires it, a price increase will only apply after you have agreed to it; otherwise you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

You can delete your account via Profile → Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for the 30-day grace and full-deletion timeline.

We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Liability

MyFitBook is provided as is. We make no warranty that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to MyFitBook is capped at the total subscription fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

Small clarifications are shipped quietly. For material changes, we will re-prompt acceptance in-app on next launch.
