This policy describes how Everydayapps OÜ ("we", "us") handles personal data in our apps and on this website. We are an Estonian limited company based in Tallinn. For privacy questions, contact hello@everydayappsoy.tech.

What this site collects

This website (everydayappsoy.tech) is a static marketing site. It collects no personal data directly. No analytics are used, no cookies are set, and no user identifiers are stored. Our hosting provider may retain standard server access logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for operational and security purposes.

Perfect Round

Perfect Round is an iOS golf app.

• Account data — none. The app does not require sign-up.
• Location — GPS location is read while a round is active, to determine your position on the course. Location data is stored locally on your device.
• Round data — your scores, club selections, and round history are stored locally on your device using GRDB (SQLite) and synced via Apple iCloud (CloudKit) under your Apple ID. We do not have access to this data.
• Analytics & ads — none.

FitBook

FitBook is an iOS macro and workout tracking app with social features.

• Account data — when you create an account, we store your email, display name, and optional profile information using Supabase Auth (hosted in the EU).
• Activity data — macro logs, workout sessions, sleep logs, weight, and energy logs are stored in our Supabase Postgres database, scoped to your account by row-level security.
• HealthKit — if you grant permission, FitBook can read selected metrics from Apple Health (e.g. weight, energy expenditure). This data stays on-device unless you choose to log it.
• AI food scan — when you scan a meal, the photo plus a prompt is sent to an LLM provider on our behalf to extract ingredients and macros. The photo is not retained by us after the response is returned.
• Push notifications — if you opt in, your APNs device token is stored in our database so we can deliver notifications for social events and challenges.
• Social data — friend connections, posts, reactions, and competition data are stored under your account. Posts you mark public are visible to friends.
• Analytics & ads — none.

How to delete your data

• Perfect Round — uninstall the app to remove local data. To remove cloud-synced round data, delete the app from your iCloud account in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.
• FitBook — request account deletion in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or by email to hello@everydayappsoy.tech. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change. Material changes will be noted with a fresh "last updated" date.
